Returns & Refunds

We are happy to exchange or refund any items purchased from this website so long as you notify us of your intention to return the items within 14 days of receiving the goods, and subject to the conditions below.

  • The item(s) must not have been worn, altered, washed, marked or damaged in any way.
  • The packaging must not be damaged. Generally you can only return underwear or socks if the product packaging hasn’t been damaged and all tags are still attached on the item.

Your Statutory Rights

What are my cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (previously the Distance Selling Regulations)?

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (the “Regulations”), if you are contracting with us as a consumer online, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the goods or services you ordered. For example, if you receive your order on a Thursday, you have 14 days from Friday to return your order to us.

If you have made a purchase through our Website and have paid for delivery but wish to return the full order by post you are entitled to a refund on the outbound delivery charge originally paid within 14 days of receipt of the order. Please note that the delivery charge refund will be the equivalent value of standard delivery.

The cost of return delivery to the Seller is to be borne by the Purchaser.

Exclusions

The Regulations do not apply to flowers and plants, made to measure curtains and blinds, chilled hampers, items that contain fresh or perishable food or to any items with a hygiene seal where the hygiene seal has been removed, broken or tampered with. In addition, they do not apply to goods or services purchased in store.

 

How do I cancel my order under the Regulations?

To cancel your order, you must let us know in writing, which you can do by email to info@noma-shirts.com. Refunds for orders cancelled under the Regulations will be processed in accordance with your statutory rights.

You must take good care of the items while they are in your possession and they must be returned to us at your cost.

This is not intended to be a full statement of your rights under the Regulations. Full details of your rights are available from a Citizen’s Advice Bureau or a Local Authority Trading Standards Office.

Who gets refunded if I return a gift or gift voucher?

The refund will go back to the card used to buy the gift or gift voucher.

 

 

How do I return an Item?

Please note: Any missing or defective items should be notified to us by the customer within 7 days of receipt of an order. In an exchange, if the new item costs less, we will reimburse you with the difference. If the new item costs more than an additional payment will be required. There will be no second postage and packing costs to you for dispatch of exchanged goods.

We recommend returned items are sent using a tracked or signed-for mail service.

Who pays for return delivery costs, customs, duties or for lost parcels?

NOMA cannot be held liable for courier charges, customs duties or lost parcels. When returning an item, please ensure it is packaged securely in its original condition (with all tags still intact) and enclosing the return form. This will ensure that your return is processed speedily.

 

Can I return a Gift Card?

Gift Cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.

 

Can I return products bought with a Gift Card?

Of course you can. Any items purchased via a gift card can be returned for a credit back to the gift card only and will not be refunded in cash or other monetary form.

Gifts purchased under a gift voucher can be returned for exchange with a proof of purchase.

Online extended returns will be for orders purchased between 1st November to the 24th December – customers will have until 31st January to return these orders.
